In our daily life, we all speak and wish to be healthy.
It is a quality and a language we all understand.
We all know in our body and mind that when we are healthy, we feel at ease, light and easy-going state of being… Flexible… no pain or discomfort.
We feel connected and with a sense of wholeness.
We all know the feeling in our body and in our mind when we feel healthy:
We know that it is in our body. Natural creative forces are acting out, we are joyful, radiant, and uplifted.
When we feel that it feels so natural.
HEALTH is a profound, vital energy force that naturally exists and dynamically manifests throughout our body.
HEALTH is the most essential life force and a significant expression that reflects through our fluids and tissues as a whole, uniform dynamic form -Bodily form.
HEALTH is when we feel connected as a whole.
HEALTH is within every cell of our system, whether hidden or fully manifested,
and expressed.
HEALTH is Potency in every motion, that is ‘seen’, is felt, and ‘listened to in our body.
HEALTH is never lost. It is a potency that brings us to a state of balance and reorganizes our system, enabling fuller and wider flow and expression.
HEALTH is where communication and motion occur throughout our body as a whole.

HEALTH IN HEBREW ORIGIN – ‘BRIUT’ / Shaily Feinberg
Hebrew is my first mother tongue, and I have a very special, deep connection to it.
There are many words and phrases in Hebrew that consist of root words that, together, bring deeper meaning, understanding, and connection to the body.
I wish to share this since it was and still is a very inspiring body-mind-spirit meditation for me and a great resource.
HEALTH In Hebrew is ‘BRIUT’
It consists of 5 root words:
BRIAH – Creation: the inherent creation from the source.
BAR – Inherent native: inherent nature of the self.
REHUT – seeing: the inherent ability to see.
REHOT – lungs: to breathe and show motion and communication.
OT – Signal: the inherent signals of the self.
BRIUT: The Inherent self is Created by the source and inherently Seeing, Breathing and signaling ourselves throughout our cellular matrix.
BRIUT: To be created in every breath inherently to be seen and signal ourselves throughout the cells
BRIUT: As our blueprint, cellular energy force of life ‘breathes’ itself inherently in a transmutive changes phases and reflects itself (seeing) and signaling through every cell in our body as a whole.
It is a very inspiring awareness and reflection for me.
To bring to my awareness the deep meaning of BRIUT and allow every cell to ‘breathe’, to signal, and to be seen. To be opened up and widened to my inherent creation of life force, of motion and communication, and have a sense of a whole within my body, mind, and spirit.
To be part of the wider whole.
I do hope that I was able to transmit this beautiful resource and inspiration that exist with in my Hebrew origin language and root culture.
