The History of Centralized Conditioned Patterns and Forces – And on the Biodynamic Forces of the Innate Order and Organization System of the Breath of Life
Biodynamic Craniosacral sees the body as a complete system with an inherently healthy essence, meaning with innate biodynamic forces for liberation and reorganization into complete health – driven by the breath of life.
An innate power of order, healing and organization.
Our lives, experiences and traumas are stored in the body as Shapes – patterns of resistances and concentrations that are created when the system is forced to deviate from the middle line in order to survive.
These concentrations are stored as “capsules” “frozen in time” – as if “waiting” for the right time and place to be released.
The shape – the preserved pattern is expressed in three interrelated aspects:
* Form – the structural organization of the body,
* Movement – the unique way in which life moves through the system.
* Quality – the feeling, density, liveliness or tiredness experienced by emotions,
images, colors, and more.
Every person has a history, life experience, reactions, habits and patterns of behavior.
– All of these are expressed every moment of our lives.
– All tissues, the whole body, began to compensate around a midline
– and organize themselves according to life and history.
-
Structure – Form:
Expresses itself through the nervous system, fluids, membranes, connective tissues, bones and internal organs. All together as a whole body have become accustomed to a certain form, to a certain behavior.
This form has aspects of tension, deformation, contraction, stretching, resistance, stopping, holding, relaxation, softness, etc.
All of these together create a specific, unique form.
Example: holding the head, the gaze, the voice, holding the body, etc.
History has shaped our shape
Genetics is also a form of history
-
Movement:
The movement of the craniosacral system will not necessarily be expressed as an ideal movement of expansion and contraction or elongation and repetition, but will express what is there according to history and form.
It is conditioned by it and personal. Our movement in space will also be expressed in a certain way according to our organization and compensations.
That is, we respond to our environment from within and without and have created a very specific movement.
There is an interrelationship between form-structure and movement.
Example: between the movement of fluids and the movement of bones. The movement and rhythm of the movement of the hands and feet to how our body is organized.
-
Quality:
Dense, airy, light, heavy, full, empty, hidden, visible, strong, weak, tired, alert, etc.
Quality is also related to thoughts and feelings, memories, images, colors, etc. All of these are related to past life experiences and trauma.
In each craniosacral treatment, the specific and personal quality will be expressed.
The above 3 aspects are interconnected and move in space around certain axes, and the expression in relation to our midline dates back to its development during pregnancy, and the consequences and effects on every cell and the entire body.
Patterns and Resistances:
From our history there are natural inhibitions and resistances and in the language of Biodynamic Craniosacral:
Centralized conditioned forces.
The nervous system centralizes and bends life experience and raises an issue because:
Repetition from an automaton.
- Conditioned shape/pattern/force: All the time – habit.
- Conditioned shape/pattern/force: Allows repeated opportunities for release and learning of new forms.
- Conditioned shape/pattern/force: Activation from a mistake.
It is a time and space capsule. It is autonomous, meaning our survival nervous system.
Our nature and essence are not only autonomous.
The Shape/Pattern/Conditional Forces:
Is the system’s response to shapes and patterns that have been stored in the system.
In the form of – Form, Movement, Quality.
Collision effect
The speed, force, and distance between one object and the object that collided.
What will be the effect of the resulting impact?
This is one of the principles of the conditioned patterns and forces that are central to the human system.
A significant example for us as biodynamic craniosacral therapists:
Example: The “collision effect” between the baby and the mother’s sacrum in the birth canal. This is a learning capsule for separations from the midline: the structure, movement, and quality will develop accordingly.
Forms, patterns and centered conditioned forces “talk” to us and tell us about their need for security and release. Which could not happen in the past.
Conditioned form/pattern/force is part of the innate system of order and healing of the Breath of Life.
The conditioned form/pattern/force in the human body system is part of a system of reorganization.
The conditioned form/pattern/force is a template, a pattern that is expressed from a certain axis of collision, of life experience. It was blocked and not released and assimilated and “sealed” “like a sediment frozen in time.”
Pain, for example, is an external expression of centers and contains within it the assimilation and imprinting of a physiological emotional memory of survival. It is not the thing itself but an interpretation of the system, and therefore it is important to maintain a Whole Body Awareness – to see the pain as part of the whole and not as the whole. Rather, it is a very important axis and an opportunity for a reunion to complete movement, liberation and reorganization at all levels.
Even when chasms are revealed, the same centered conditioned forces arise, returning again and again to a holistic gaze and presence that recognizes the biodynamic forces of the breath of life, which centers, releases, and reorganizes. It allows for free flowing expression and fuller, more complete health.
The centered conditioned forces are capsules of time and life experience, part of the innate healing system, and allow for an opportunity for learning, release, and new organization.
Therefore, even within injury or trauma – Health is never lost.
The History of the Preserved Patterns – The Centralized Conditional Forces and Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy:
- When something happens to the system when it is not at its fulcrum.
That is, a fulcrum-anchor support, a full resource.
- When the body compensates and organizes itself differently – because the most important thing is to survive and live. And does not complete a release movement.
- The ability to feel, “listen” and “see” the patterns and shapes of the resistances, inhibitions, vulnerabilities, that have been preserved in the patient’s system – is what normalizes and allows for recognition, power and a different approach to them.
That is, not something that is separate and not good, but something that we want to meet and allow the “story” that was frozen in time to thaw and tell itself, and thus be freed.
We learn to open up with sensitivity to the ability to contain therapeutic presence and feel with a gentle touch that understands and knows, of the forms, patterns and concentrated conditioned forces that have been preserved in the patient’s system and to know how to respond to them in a practical biodynamic craniosacral context (understanding all tissues, their movement, their sensation and understanding the fluid, tissue, and energetic fluid nervous system)… learn to speak the language of the body and allow the life breath system and its power to do its innate work – its innate natural ability in stages to bring about complete organization and healing.
